Proper is an old school-modern barbershop down the street from us on Tennyson. Aside from great hair cuts, they have self-adhesive digitally printed wallpaper in a custom comb, shaving brush and clipper design with gold barber’s pole stripes on opposite walls. It doesn’t get more proper.
