We’re back from ICFF, loving wallpaper more than ever

It was an absolute pleasure to meet some of the designers whose wallpaper we carry in person.
Katie Deedy of Grow House Grow has released a wallpaper design called Tackapousha as part of her new Far Rockaway collection. We love the arrows and the gold accents in the Sideshow colorway. Massapeag is the accompanying fabric, and both have three beautifully saturated colorways. She also brought fabrics for Ms. Ward and hand crafted encaustic tiles that can be used on the floor or wall, indoor and outdoor. When does she sleep?
Avery Thatcher brought some exciting new colorways from Portland. We have a thing for her After Chinterwink with the fluorescent orange, and Indian Summer is the perfect backdrop to pretty much anything.
Shanan Campanaro, founder of Eskayel, featured her new Poolside Collection which evokes the feeling of water better than water itself. Her papers, baskets and pillows were a tropical oasis, if such a thing is possible in a convention center. Eskayel has another new collection called Akimbo arriving in July – the timing is perfect with it’s warm colors and native-inspired prints.
Aimee Wilder just happens to be as colorful and energetic as we’d imagined. She brought new designs including Pangea featuring dinosaurs, Whalentine, Roborail, Space Dots, No. 5 featuring abstract perfume bottles and Star Tiger, a collaboration with fashion designer Ivana Helinski. She also brought matching fabrics and pillows for her wallpapers.
Emily Dupenny’s collection included her pin-up, burlesque and synchronized swimming wallpaper as well as silk pillows, tea towels, plates and mugs. We were smitten with the ladies who looked like they stepped out of the wallpaper.
And we met a designer for Astek Inc. Digitals, a leader in custom wallpaper.
